Cloud cover has kept temperatures a little warmer than expected overnight, with most places starting the morning in the mid-40s. But clouds will also keep this afternoon chilly, with highs in the upper 40s and low 50s.
Construction crews broke ground Monday on a $10.4-million project along East Sunshine Street, and businesses along the route said they understand the work needs to be done.
